No refunds
No refund is applicable to any Learnera.xyz service, including subscription fees and any other paid feature. This applies to every payment method Learnera.xyz accepts.
This no-refund policy applies regardless of how much of a paid period was used, a change of mind, or an early decision to stop using Learnera.xyz.
Why access is not refundable
A paid subscription unlocks ad-free access and study progress the moment it is activated. Because that access is granted immediately, Learnera.xyz treats every paid period as fully delivered and non-refundable.
Cancelling a subscription
You can stop a subscription from renewing at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing only, it does not refund a period you have already paid for.
If you cancel before the end of a paid period, your ad-free access and study progress remain active until that period ends.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged without your account being activated, contact us with your payment details. Learnera.xyz will investigate and correct the account, this is a billing correction, not a refund of service already provided.
